MyDocument.ai provides a software platform that enables the creation, hosting, and deployment of AI chatbots for use in various devices and software applications (the “MyDocument Platform”). Individual Identifiers

Examples: A real name, company name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, telephone number, account name, your areas of interest, or other similar identifiers.
Processing Purpose(s): Processing orders, delivering products/services, responding to inquiries, managing customer purchases and accounts, compiling details of user engagement, sending marketing materials (including offers and other information we feel may be of interest to you), and administering contests and surveys.

Commercial Information

Examples: Records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
Processing Purposes: Processing orders, delivering products/services, responding to inquiries, managing customer purchases and accounts, compiling details of user engagement, sending marketing materials (including offers and other information we feel may be of interest to you), and administering contests and surveys.

Internet or Network Activity

Examples: Browsing history, type of browser you are using, search history, terms you enter into the search functions of our Websites or Services, information on your interaction with a website, application, or advertisement, geographic location, and the websites you visit immediately before and immediately after you visit our Websites.

Usage Data and Chat Transcripts

Examples: We collect your interactions with the MyDocument Platform, including but not limited to, chat transcripts, chat duration, total bot and end-user messages count, total response time for each user question along with response type, your feedback, user metadata (including any device information), webhook logs, etc.
Processing Purposes: To provide, administer, and/or analyze the Services, to provide customized and personalized content, to improve our Services, conduct research, develop new products and services, monitor traffic, usage and patterns on Websites and our Services, and diagnose or fix technology problems.

Miscellaneous Information

If we provide forums, blogs, or bulletins that allow for user-generated content, we may also collect and retain personal information that you provide in relation to such content. We may also collect any communications between you and MyDocument.ai, as well as any information you provide if you take part in any interactive features of the Service (e.g., games, contests, promotions, surveys, etc.).

Payment Information

We do not directly collect or process payment information. All payment transactions for our services are handled by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. Opting Out of SMS Messages

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can opt out by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also contact info@mydocument.ai to request to opt out of SMS communications. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may limit your ability to receive important notifications about your account or our services.

Unsubscribe From Promotional Emails

If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as account verification, billing confirmations, changes or updates to features of the Service, or technical and security notices.

5. Retention Policy & Security Standards

MyDocument.ai cares about the security of your information and uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect and that we share with our service providers. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. If any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised, and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you at the time of collection, unless otherwise required or permitted by law. For example, we keep your account profile information for as long as you keep your MyDocument.ai account, but we may keep your purchase history longer to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, administer applicable returns and warranty programs, and for research, development, and safety purposes, as well as an additional period of time as necessary to protect, defend, or establish our rights, defend against potential claims, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Discarding and Deletion of Chat History
We believe in retaining personal information only as long as it is relevant and necessary. As part of this commitment, we automatically delete chat history information 90 days after it is collected. This data is stored temporarily to help live chat agents serve end users better, ensuring that users receive the best possible service. After 90 days, the chat history is discarded securely from our systems.

6. Our Website, Services & Children

MyDocument.ai does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
